The company is seeking a SAP Senior Consultant for Human Resources (m/f/d) specializing in SAP modules such as SAP PA, PT, QM, FI-TV, PE, PD, and CM.

Key responsibilities include the conceptual preparation and execution of projects and support tasks within the SAP HCM environment.

The role involves analyzing and modeling efficient processes in HCM and implementing them through customization.

The consultant will independently conduct workshops and training sessions for key and end users.

They will also assume responsibility for projects and/or applications.

Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Several years of experience as a consultant in the SAP HCM environment is required.

In-depth knowledge of payroll, personnel administration, time management, travel expense accounting, and organizational management is essential.

Familiarity with personnel cost planning, event management, recruitment and development, and portal solutions (ESS/MSS) is advantageous.

A strong customer and solution orientation, as well as teamwork skills, are important.

Fluency in German and English and a willingness to travel are necessary.
