The company is seeking an SAP Security Specialist to join its Cyber team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
The role involves advising senior client leadership on Special Access Program (SAP) security and providing expert guidance on USSF, DoD, and national-level SAP policies.
The specialist will oversee various security disciplines, including personnel, operations, AIS, industrial, information, physical, and communications security.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing SAP/SAR security programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mission assurance for sensitive operations.
The specialist will also create and manage comprehensive security plans, identify and mitigate risks, and implement management controls for early issue resolution.
Candidates must have over seven years of experience in SAP/SAR security management across collateral, SCI, and SAP levels.
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with in-depth knowledge of DoD, DAF, USSF, and national SAP policies.
The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
The role requires the ability to travel 10-15% on average.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with experience in drafting SOPs and security documentation.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in Security Management or Information Assurance, relevant certifications such as CISSP or SAPPC, and experience with SAPF/SCIF construction and compliance.
The position offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $119,025 to $198,375, depending on various factors such as skills, experience, and location.
