Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Austrian payroll laws, handling payroll-specific SAP HCM Payroll System modules, and supporting project teams in concept and architecture creation.
The role also involves executing necessary configurations in the SAP HCM Payroll System and participating in customer workshops and Fit2Standard workshops.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll or SAP EC Payroll and implementation projects.
Experience in process consulting, design, and system configuration within SAP Payroll solutions is required.
Familiarity with HR processes, payroll, and regulatory specifics is essential.
Knowledge of Austrian payroll laws and practices is necessary, along with strong communication skills in German and English.
