The company is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to join their team in Italy, with locations in Bari, Napoli, Milano, Torino, Roma, and Palermo.
This role involves managing SAP services and projects, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective delivery.
The candidate will oversee SAP service governance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs, managing client requests, and handling service escalations.
They will lead project delivery management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
The role requires collaboration with business units, IT teams, vendors, and partners to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
The candidate will also manage internal and external teams, fostering collaboration and performance while mitigating risks.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, advanced proficiency in English, familiarity with ITIL best practices, and experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Certification in Project Management methodologies like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is also preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multinational environments, digital transformation projects, and the ability to provide thought leadership in SAP project and service management.
The position is a regular, professional role with a hybrid work arrangement and does not require travel.
The company offers a general daytime shift and the role is not commission-based.
