The company is seeking a SAP PO/BTP Consultant to join its team in Prague, Czech Republic.
The role involves working within IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers to deliver technical and industry expertise to a diverse range of clients.
The consultant will focus on integrating SAP solutions with legacy systems using the SAP PO/BTP integration platform.
Key responsibilities include understanding clients’ IT environments, designing and deploying integration interfaces, and writing technical specifications.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of experience in SAP projects, with at least two projects in a lead consultant role.
Experience in integration implementation, including design, build, and deployment of interfaces, is essential.
Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, SAP Cloud Connector, and SAP PI/PO is advantageous.
The role requires familiarity with various integration scenarios and major adapters such as SFTP, SOAP, REST, IDOC, ODATA, JDBC, and SuccessFactors.
A clear understanding of security concepts like SSL and PGP encryptions is necessary.
The candidate should be fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, with German being an advantage.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP is preferred.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 40% travel required.
