Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors product and implementation is preferred.
Experience leading entire life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
The role requires functional and technical knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation, and Learning Management.
Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Advising clients on configuration, documentation, and business solutions is part of the role.
Certification in SAP On-Premise or Employee Central Payroll is beneficial.
The salary range is $155,000 – $410,000, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
