The company is seeking an SAP HR/HCM Consultant to join their team in Stutensee.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.
The role involves providing expert advice and technical support to clients on SAP HR solutions, such as SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
The consultant will handle client inquiries, conduct error analyses, and adapt to changing conditions.
They will plan and execute SAP HR projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to user training.
The consultant will also discuss HR process challenges and requirements with clients and implement solutions accordingly.
Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
A strong interest in human resources and consulting is essential.
Experience with SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors is required.
The ideal candidate will work independently, with a customer and service-oriented approach, and possess strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, a spirit of innovation, and teamwork abilities are necessary.
Proficiency in German and good English skills are also required.
