The role involves maintaining and supporting SAP HR systems, focusing on benefits eligibility for over 50,000 employees.
Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, developing benefit processing rules, and creating functional specifications.
The analyst will also conduct testing, review training materials, and manage system upgrades and patches.
Candidates should have considerable knowledge of HR and payroll processes, ERP module integration, and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Skills in data analysis, project management, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
The ability to lead meetings, plan proactively, and provide technical guidance is required.
Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills are necessary.
Preferred candidates will have knowledge of state HR and payroll processes, SAP HR operations, and ERP HCM modules.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or a related field is required, along with four years of relevant experience.

The salary range is $75,500 to $113,500 annually.
