The role involves consulting on the SAP HCM module, focusing on payroll and time management.
Responsibilities include configuration, project work, implementation, migration, and managing change requests and incidents for existing clients.
The candidate will also take on partial or full project leadership roles.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in a similar position and expertise in SAP HCM modules, particularly SAP HCM-PY and SAP HCM-PT.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ILM, and CONCUR is required.
A passion for HXM technologies is essential.
Language proficiency in German at C1 level and English at B2 level is necessary.
