The consultant will join a 25-member remote team, working primarily in application management and projects.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client needs, optimizing SAP HCM landscapes, implementing innovative solutions, and managing SAP HCM PY/PA projects with a high degree of autonomy.
The consultant will also provide second- and third-level support and share expertise through internal workshops.
Candidates should have extensive experience in SAP HCM PY/PA and be familiar with schemas and rules.
Consulting experience and a passion for innovative HR processes are preferred.
The role requires a structured, agile work approach, strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication skills in German (C2 level).
