The role involves planning, managing, and coordinating SAP ERP HCM sub-projects of various sizes.
The consultant will work closely with clients to design roadmaps for implementing the latest SAP technologies, focusing on business value.
Responsibilities include advising clients with extensive expertise, implementing operational agreements, and customizing and extending existing schemas and cycles.
Continuous learning in on-premise and SF Time Tracking is expected.
Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, along with professional experience in HR.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in SAP ERP HCM PT is required, as well as initial practical experience in SF Time Tracking.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

A high level of customer and service orientation, character strength, cross-media thinking, proactive and independent action, and innovative thinking are also important.
Proficiency in English is necessary.
