The company is seeking a SAP HCM Junior Consultant (m/f/d) to join their team.
The role involves supporting SAP HCM modules, including PA, PE, OM, PKP, SAP ESS, SAP MSS, FITV, PY-DE, and PT.
The consultant will optimize and develop customers’ SAP HCM application landscapes and provide advisory services.
After training, the consultant will manage individual sub-projects and tasks independently.
Work will be conducted remotely, from a home office, or on-site at customer locations as needed.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in IT, HR, or SAP through internships is preferred.
While SAP HCM knowledge is advantageous, it is not required.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in software projects, teamwork, and possess strong communication skills.
They should be solution-oriented, structured, and capable of self-directed work.
Proficiency in German and good English skills are necessary.
Nationwide mobility is required to support customers when needed.
