Experience in implementation, customization, and business process application in SAP HCM is required.
Deep knowledge in at least one SAP HCM component such as PA, OM, SW, LSO, PE, PT, PY, or E-Recruiting is necessary.
Ideally, candidates have experience with SAP Information Lifecycle Management and knowledge of upgrading to HCM for S/4 HANA.
Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English, along with a willingness to travel, is essential.
