The company is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join their SAP HXM team.
The role involves managing comprehensive implementation and transformation projects in the SAP HCM domain.
The consultant will support clients in optimizing HR processes and play a key role in planning, configuring, and integrating modular solutions.
Responsibilities include leading strategic SAP HCM implementation projects for both Polish and international clients, participating in maintenance and service projects, and contributing to the development of HR solutions strategies.
The position offers remote, hybrid, or office work options, with occasional business travel required.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience with SAP HCM, particularly in payroll and time management.
They must have led at least two implementation or transformation projects as a lead consultant.
Practical knowledge of PY, PT, PA, and OM modules is essential, along with familiarity with Polish HR processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management abilities, and client relationship management are required.
Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written, is necessary.
Additional qualifications that may set candidates apart include experience supporting SAP HCM PY in the German market, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ABAP programming, SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certifications, and the ability to conduct workshops and training for clients.
Proficiency in German is also advantageous.
