Rödl & Partner is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d) to join their team in Nuremberg.
The role involves participating in SAP HCM implementation and migration projects, from conception to technical execution through customizing.
The consultant will manage and develop the SAP HCM system landscape, focusing on modules such as Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Personnel Administration (PA).
Responsibilities include supporting internal departments with SAP HCM process inquiries, analyzing and optimizing business processes, and administering SAP HCM applications.
The consultant will also handle 2nd- and 3rd-level support, assisting SAP users with issue analysis and resolution, and manage interfaces to SuccessFactors and Concur.
Candidates should have completed vocational training or a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable technical/commercial education.
Practical experience in SAP HCM module support, especially PY and PT, including customizing knowledge, is required.
Coordination of internal and external resources is necessary, and programming skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
A strong understanding of SAP HCM processes, IT and technical affinity, and interest in new SAP HCM topics are essential.
The role requires quick comprehension, goal-oriented work, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English.
