The company is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant to join their team, either nationwide or remotely.
The role involves creating requirement analyses, solution concepts, and architectures for SAP HCM On-Premise solutions and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
The consultant will support clients in implementing and operating complex SAP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions.
They will independently manage client relationships in consulting, customizing, and configuration within the SAP HCM or SuccessFactors environment.
Candidates should have a completed university degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or human resources.
They must have several years of experience in SAP HCM, covering areas such as Payroll, Time Management, Travel Management, Organizational Management, Talent Management, or SuccessFactors modules.
Optional ABAP skills are a plus.
The role requires a convincing presence, structured approach, and strong communication skills.
A high level of responsibility, business acumen, and initiative is essential.
Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a willingness to travel.
