The role involves developing and enhancing customer-specific solutions and interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration.
The candidate will support the migration to S/4HANA, providing technical analysis and consulting both internally and externally.
Responsibilities include offering 3rd-level support for complex technical issues and maintaining technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.
The ideal candidate should have strong ABAP experience in SAP HCM, preferably with knowledge of Fiori and an interest in S/4HANA.
Teamwork, communication skills, and analytical abilities are essential.
The candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of contributing ideas.
Proficiency in German (at least C1 level) is required.
The tech stack includes SAP UI5 for frontend, ABAP, ABAP OO, OData, and S/4HANA for backend, with a Windows operating environment.
Tools used include Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office.
