The company is seeking an SAP HANA Admin Consultant for a full-time position in Toronto, Ontario.
The role involves helping clients optimize their use of SAP by understanding best practices and recommending strategies to address challenges.
The consultant will lead and advise project teams, manage performance, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include setting up and testing SAP systems, applying SAP methodologies, and using business insights to initiate transformation programs.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP HANA DBA, with a strong background in HANA upgrades, migrations, refreshes, replication, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio, and other HANA DB monitoring tools is required, along with expertise in SAP HANA DB replication and disaster recovery.
Proficiency in Linux and Unix administration for HANA, as well as a strong understanding of networking, storage, and backup recovery, is essential.
A HANA administrator certification is mandatory, along with at least 2 years of experience in SAP implementation, transformation, or infrastructure design.
Additional qualifications include knowledge of SAP processes, SAP Basis experience, and the ability to manage and deliver projects effectively.
The ideal candidate should excel in a creative, problem-solving environment and be comfortable traveling regularly to client sites.
