The company is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to join their team under the Project Delivery Talent Model.
This role involves working collaboratively in a client-focused environment without extensive travel demands.
The SAP Finance Lead will communicate with Engagement Managers, project teams, and functional representatives to ensure quality solutions for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications clients.
Responsibilities include leading client engagement workstreams to improve, optimize, and transform processes, implementing leading practice workflows, and driving operational outcomes.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant SAP Finance consulting experience is required, including hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Finance/FICO modules such as AP, AR, GL, and Asset Accounting.
Applicants should have participated in at least four end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, with a leadership role in at least two.
Experience with S4 HANA implementation and managing senior-level client relationships is essential.
The role requires effective communication skills and finance business process integration experience.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience with a “Big 4” consulting firm, integration experience with Concur, Coupa, Vertex, or Blackline, and experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana.
The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver technical demonstrations is also desirable.
The position may require up to 10% travel.
