The company is seeking an SAP EWM Delivery Lead to manage a team of EWM consultants and oversee the delivery of EWM solutions to clients.
The role involves mentoring team members, ensuring project objectives and deadlines are met, and building client relationships to understand their business requirements.
The Delivery Lead will ensure solutions align with best practices and client expectations, manage resources and costs, and apply SAP EWM configurations to solve business and technical problems.
The position requires providing project updates to executive leadership and supporting clients by addressing system issues.
The role also includes participating in end-to-end testing and go-live activities, as well as assisting with sales pursuits.
Candidates should have an associate degree in a technical field or a high school diploma/GED with six years of SAP consulting experience.
A minimum of three years of SAP EWM consulting experience is required, along with experience in implementing standard and custom EWM functionalities.
Candidates should have completed at least two full SAP lifecycles. Experience with the Department of Defense or other federal agencies is desired.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP technologies, leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, and the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes is also important.
