The company is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Project Manager to oversee complex projects related to the implementation and optimization of SAP ERP systems.
The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define objectives, and translate them into suitable SAP solutions.
They will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
Key responsibilities include leading and motivating project teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving results.
The Project Manager will monitor project progress, prepare reports for stakeholders, and identify potential issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.
Additionally, they will ensure clients receive adequate training and oversee technical support to make implemented solutions sustainable and autonomous.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience managing end-to-end SAP ERP projects, including three full implementations.
A deep understanding of SAP module integrations and resource management in complex projects is required.
Familiarity with both traditional and agile project management methodologies is essential, along with a good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations, project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM), and basic technical skills (e.g., ABAP).
