Responsibilities include maintaining consistent standards and processes, managing team utilization, reporting performance metrics, and ensuring executive engagement on strategic accounts.
The Director will collaborate across the organization, working with Consulting Services, Managed Services, and Sales to develop strategic account plans.
Key duties involve customer engagement management, operational management, and strategic responsibilities, including driving service delivery improvements and supporting sales cycles.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, with over 15 years of IT experience, including 12+ years in SAP support and 7+ years in service delivery or account management.
Leadership experience and the ability to engage with C-level executives are essential.
The role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA, experience in sales cycles for application managed services, and superior communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, project management certification, and ITIL framework knowledge.
