The company is seeking an SAP Development Consultant to join its international team.
The role involves providing second- and third-line remote support for SAP ECC suite, SAP S/4HANA environments, and SAP add-on products.
The consultant will address customer issues, implement changes, and assist functional consultant colleagues.
Interaction with SAP AG and the SOA People product development team is required to resolve customer issues and discuss future product extensions.
The consultant will also provide additional RTS services, including on-site meetings, technical assistance during go-lives, and participation in mini-projects.
The position requires full responsibility for defining and realizing technical solutions, with proactive communication to all stakeholders.
Escalation of operational issues to the service desk coordinator is necessary when needed.
The role is based in Lyon, France, or Waver, Belgium.
Candidates should have at least four years of experience as an SAP development consultant, with expertise in ABAP, ABAP OO, ALV, Adobe Forms, SAPScript, Smartforms, and IDOCs.
Knowledge of newer SAP technologies such as web services, Odata, CPI, UI5, FIORI, and CDS Views is essential.
Experience with ECC and S/4HANA environments is required.
A functional understanding of main SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, CS, and WM is advantageous.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with Dutch being a strong asset.
ITIL experience is also beneficial.
