The company is seeking an SAP Data Migration Lead to join its international Technology network.
The role involves working on innovative projects and implementing next-generation SAP solutions.
The successful candidate will lead large S/4 transformation programs, focusing on the Data Migration stream.
Responsibilities include coordinating technical and functional resources across various geographic locations and designing Data Migration solutions and architectures using SAP and third-party tools.
The candidate will also communicate with clients and stakeholders and support the growth of the SAP Data Migration team and Centers of Excellence nationally.
Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience as a Data Migration Lead in SAP environments.
They must possess knowledge of SAP architecture, S/4 conversion, data migration tools, and methodologies.
Strong project management, client management, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
Experience in RFPs, solution design, and SAP Data Migration, Data Management, and Data footprint reduction is required.
Additional qualifications such as SAP certifications (Enterprise Architect or SAP Tech) and SNP certifications are considered a plus.
Experience in Cutover Management is also advantageous.
