The company is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in SuccessFactors for a full-time, permanent position in Heilbronn.
The consultant will provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors modules and engage clients with their expertise.
Responsibilities include managing projects such as new implementations, process outsourcing, and system consolidations, as well as taking on project and application responsibilities.
The consultant will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, analyze and design efficient processes within SuccessFactors, and handle technical implementations.
They will also conduct client training independently and proactively share knowledge with colleagues.
Candidates should have over three years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and be familiar with HR processes (SAP HCM) and relevant labor laws.
Experience in project management and independent project handling is required.
The role demands excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with strong social competence.
