The company is seeking an SAP Consultant specializing in CRM to join their team.
The role involves advising clients on the design and implementation of innovative CRM solutions using SAP C/4HANA, focusing on Sales and Service areas.
The consultant will analyze, optimize, and implement SAP CRM or C/4HANA systems, and work on both small and large migration scenarios related to Customer Experience.
The position includes participation in both traditional and agile development projects, with opportunities to take on project leadership roles depending on project size and complexity.
The consultant may also engage in PreSales activities to support the sales team in proposal creation and presentations.
Candidates should have completed relevant education or training and possess significant experience in IT, particularly in process analysis, technical design, and CRM solution configuration, especially with SAP CRM/C/4HANA.
A strong interest in CRM and Customer Experience, along with enthusiasm for new technologies and methods, is essential.
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies or hybrid architectures is desirable.
The role requires excellent consulting skills, flexibility, and communication abilities at all levels.
Fluency in German and English is necessary, along with a willingness to travel for project-related activities.
The position is available in multiple locations, including Norderstedt, Raunheim, Wetzlar, Stuttgart, and Berlin, and can be full-time or part-time.
