CACI is seeking an SAP Concur Travel Subject Matter Expert to support a federal client in Reston, Virginia, or Denver, Colorado.

The role involves defect resolution, system enhancements, and end-user support.

The candidate will lead meetings, serve as an SAP functional expert, and support API-based interfaces.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, deploying RICEF objects, and participating in Blueprint workshops.

The candidate will create Functional Design Specifications, perform travel testing, and provide helpdesk support.

They will also author change requests, analyze business requirements, and architect solutions.

The role requires documenting requirements, configuring systems, and developing training materials.

Level 2 support for reported incidents is also expected.

Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience as an SAP Concur SME, preferably in the public sector.

Experience in the federal industry and proficiency in MS Office Suite are required.

Excellent communication skills and a bachelor’s degree are necessary.

The ability to obtain a NACI Public Trust clearance is essential.

Desired qualifications include SAP Funds Management experience and the ability to create technical documentation.

The position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
