Familiarity with transformation approaches like Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition is essential, along with the ability to convey concepts such as Cloud Mindset and Clean Core Principles.
The candidate should leverage new technologies to benefit clients and act as an internal knowledge enabler.
Strong communication and moderation skills are required.
Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP, focusing on SAP ERP, and have completed at least one S/4HANA transformation project.
They should possess comprehensive process and architecture knowledge across the Plan-to-Fulfill business process and integration expertise with related processes.
Experience with cloud platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform is advantageous.
Familiarity with Process and Architecture Management Suites, such as Signavio or LeanIX, and architecture frameworks like TOGAF or SAP Enterprise Architecture is desirable.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are necessary.
Proficiency in German and English is required.
