The company is seeking an SAP BTP Integration Consultant to join its Integration & Reporting team at Allos, part of Fiven.
The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining HR solutions using SAP BTP Integration and other integration technologies to facilitate system integration.
The consultant will work on national and international projects, implementing customized cloud solutions to optimize HR business processes, including data exchange scenarios across different legacy systems.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting client requests, understanding functional requirements, and drafting technical requirements and analyses for complex projects independently.
The consultant will design and develop interfaces in the SAP BTP Integration cloud environment and coordinate and monitor Integration Consultants in developing and maintaining interfaces and reports.
Required qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and over three years of experience in developing, testing, and maintaining integration flows between legacy systems.
Candidates should have a good knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL, as well as familiarity with OData, SOAP, RESTful protocols, and authentication standards like LDAP security, OAuth2.0, and SAML2.0.
A deep understanding of SAP BTP technologies and platforms, including SAP Hana Cloud and SAP Integration Suite, is essential.
Proficiency in English, strong relational and communication skills, teamwork ability, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation are also required.
Knowledge of HR processes is preferred.
The position offers flexible working hours and hybrid work arrangements after an initial period.
The job locations include Naples, Rome, Carmignano di Brenta, and Milan.
