Key responsibilities include administering and optimizing the SAP environment, which covers installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance analysis.
The consultant will also plan and manage projects related to SAP Basis, such as release changes and system upgrades.
Providing second-level support and advising developers and departments on SAP Basis topics is essential.
The role also involves driving innovation management through the SAP Solution Manager and overseeing IT service management for SAP systems and external providers.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
Expertise in SAP Basis, particularly with SAP S/4 HANA, is required.
Advanced ITIL knowledge and SAP Basis certification are desirable.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, along with a high sense of quality and responsibility, are necessary.
The candidate should be communicative, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Continuous learning and proficiency in German and English are expected.
