In terms of customer relationship management, the Project Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
They will conduct regular project touchpoints, gather feedback, and address concerns.
The role involves collaborating with clients to define project requirements and success criteria, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
The Project Manager will also resolve client escalations and maintain trust.
Candidates should have proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SAP Ariba projects.
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
A Project Management certification (PMP) and experience with ClickUp Business Software are advantageous but not mandatory.
This is a full-time remote position with a salary range of $54,000 to $62,000 per year.
