The company is seeking an SAP AMS FI/CO Manager Subcontractor based in Florida, United States.

The role involves providing day-to-day SAP FICO support for multiple AMS customers.

Key responsibilities include handling support requests such as break fixes, enhancements, and user training.

The candidate will analyze issues, collaborate with team members, and escalate findings to stakeholders.

They will collect business requirements, propose solutions, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

The role requires adherence to AMS processes and procedures, providing technical and functional knowledge, and managing client relationships.

The candidate will also lead and develop junior staff.

Technical expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Controlling (CO) is essential.

The candidate should have at least seven years of SAP experience and have participated in at least three full life cycle SAP R/3 projects.

Previous support experience is preferred.

The role requires multitasking abilities, SAP R/3 experience, and knowledge of ASAP methodology and SAP’s Best Practices.

Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation and communication skills, are necessary.

The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

The position offers a home office setup with occasional travel to customer sites.
