The company is seeking an SAP ABAP Consultant based in Sacramento, California.
The role involves designing and building custom enhancement interfaces and integrating with other SAP modules.
The consultant will develop testing scenarios, prepare test scripts, and create technical specifications for custom functionalities.
The candidate must have completed 2 to 3 end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects in SAP, with client-facing experience.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in SAP ABAP on HANA is required, including skills in CDS Views, AMDP Procedures, SAP Gateway/OData, and ABAP 7.5 syntax.
Strong knowledge of CORE ABAP technologies such as Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming, BAPI, RFC, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALE/IDocs, Interface Programming, BDC, Workflow, and Data Conversions is essential.
The candidate should understand ECC to S4/HANA migration and custom code remediation.
Familiarity with ADT Tool and SAP BTP services like Business Application Studio and Cloud Foundry is preferred.
The role requires transforming business requirements into technical specifications, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
Applicants should have 4-6 years of ABAP development experience, with knowledge of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, and CO.
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
