The Sales Director will maintain and deepen relationships with existing C-level clients, act as a strategic advisor on digital transformation and ERP issues, and coordinate account plans and strategies with account teams.
They will generate new leads, convert them into concrete assignments, and lead the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaboration with internal teams, including delivery directors and solution architects, is essential to develop integrated client solutions.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in sales or business development within the IT or consultancy sector, with a strong focus on SAP.
Proven experience in closing complex deals in enterprise environments and extensive experience selling SAP S/4HANA transformations are required.
The candidate should possess strategic and commercial insight, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Fluency in Dutch and English is necessary.
