They should possess strong consulting skills, experience in corporate structures, and diplomatic abilities.
Knowledge and certifications in project methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, ITIL, or ISTQB are preferred.
Proficiency in German and English is required, along with a willingness to travel for business.
