The company is seeking a Managing Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA Finance to join their team in Germany.
The role involves working within IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers to provide technical and industry expertise to both public and private sector clients.
The consultant will guide clients from strategy development through to IT implementation, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Finance.
They will employ the IBM Ascend for SAP S/4HANA methodology and utilize proven approaches for preliminary studies and transformation projects.
The position requires the implementation of complex business requirements using innovative technologies like the SAP Business Technology Platform, with training opportunities available.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least six years of experience in process consulting for SAP S/4HANA FI.
They should have completed at least three full project life cycles.
Knowledge of integration and interfaces with other SAP S/4HANA modules is desirable.
Fluency in English at B2 level and German at C1 level, both written and spoken, is required.
Preferred candidates will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
They should be willing to work on-site with clients as needed.
The position is a regular, professional role with a hybrid work arrangement and may require some travel based on business needs.
The role is not commission-based.
