ERM Digital Services is seeking a Managing Consultant, SAP EHS PC Delivery Lead at a senior level to join their global practice.
The role is full-time and available in multiple U.S. locations, including Duluth, Denver, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Houston.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or possess equivalent experience.
They should have 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting or industry, with strong knowledge in chemistry, product stewardship, and compliance.
Experience with at least three full life-cycle SAP implementations, including two full-cycle SAP Product Compliance deployments, is required.
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of SAP systems and business processes, particularly in product compliance and manufacturing.
They should also demonstrate commercial acumen, project delivery skills, and the ability to lead project staff and engage with clients.
Responsibilities include supporting pre-sales activities, evaluating EHS PS software systems, and interacting with clients to gather requirements.
The role involves engaging in all project life cycle stages, analyzing user requirements, and preparing functional specifications.
The consultant will design processes, facilitate change management, and collaborate with clients on implementation strategies.
They will prepare test plans, conduct testing, and support user acceptance testing.
The position requires implementing SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions, leading consultant teams, and providing knowledge transfer through documentation and training.
