Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least six years of experience with S/4HANA Service or SAP Customer Service implementations.
Experience with CS, SD, CRM Service, Service Cloud, and SAP Field Service Management is advantageous.
The role requires proven leadership in managing SAP projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
