The company is seeking a Junior SAP Basis Consultant to join their team in Kassel.
The role involves planning, designing, implementing, and developing SAP architecture across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
The consultant will administer SAP S/4HANA, BW, ERP, HCM, and Solution Manager.
Responsibilities include managing, optimizing, and monitoring SAP structures for clients and serving as the primary contact for SAP Basis-related inquiries.
The consultant will also support the S/4HANA transformation process and act as a liaison between business units and IT.
Candidates should have a degree in (Business) Informatics or a similar field.
They must possess strong knowledge of SAP installations, administration, and database management (HANA, Oracle, etc.), as well as operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, and system copies is required.
Proficiency in SAP security and authorization management is essential.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ILM is advantageous.
Strong teamwork and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to independently learn new topics.
Fluency in German and good English skills are required.
