Canidium is seeking an Insurance SAP APM Consultant for a remote position in the US.
The role involves implementing SAP Agent Performance Management solutions for insurance and wealth management clients.
Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, applying industry best practices, and delivering optimal Producer experiences.
The candidate should be an expert in SAP Agent Performance Management and Agent Connection software, with a strong understanding of commission and bonus plans for external Producers.
They should also manage agent, agency, policy, membership, and premium information across various insurance lines.
The role requires knowledge of advisor, broker dealer, policy, and asset information management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Producer onboarding and servicing, technical aptitude, and the ability to coach team members.
They should be adept at leading customer discovery meetings, technical discussions, and user training.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a commitment to customer success.
The position offers a salary range of $80,000 – $120,000, eligibility for a bonus program, and comprehensive benefits.
