The developer will customize and develop customer-specific service and sales processes, design user-friendly interfaces, and evaluate emerging topics to expand the solution portfolio.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is also essential.
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field.
They must possess knowledge of CRM process organization and modeling in sales, service, or marketing.
Experience in SAP ERP or CRM implementations and ABAP-OO development is required.
Familiarity with C/4HANA projects, system integration via SAP CPI, and cloud development with Ruby, ABSL, and BODL is necessary.

Strong conceptual and analytical skills, along with proficiency in German and English, are essential.
