Experis is seeking a Business Consultant for B2B CRM with expertise in SAP C4C for a 100% remote project.
The role involves translating business requirements into end-to-end digital solutions for global CRM B2B products.
The consultant will lead product development with international agile DevOps teams and serve as an expert in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), guiding clients through implementation and post-support.
Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and customizing SAP C4C solutions, providing user training, and offering continuous support to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
The consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and stay updated on SAP C4C developments to propose proactive improvements.
Candidates should have functional expertise in C4C business objects and experience in report and dashboard management, territory and organizational structure management, layout adaptation, data transport and replication, and SAP incident management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate teams and vendors are valued.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like JIRA/Confluence, is required.
Fluency in English is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields, with demonstrable experience in B2B CRM processes and SAP environments, particularly SAP Sales Cloud – C4C.
Additional knowledge in SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
