The company is seeking an SAP HXM Consultant specializing in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
The role involves participating in implementation and support projects across various SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
Key responsibilities include interacting with clients to gather requirements, analyzing and designing processes, configuring systems, conducting tests, and providing training.
Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of two years of experience in similar roles is preferred.
Experience in project implementation and a general understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and legal compliance are advantageous.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to negotiate with stakeholders are essential.
Candidates should possess logical reasoning, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
Teamwork skills and proficiency in English are preferred.
Availability to travel is also a plus.
