The company is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join their team in Morges, Switzerland.
The role involves implementing SAP HCM solutions for clients, handling requests for system enhancements, incident management, and maintaining HR data and processes such as payroll, time management, and talent management.
Key responsibilities include analyzing client needs, designing functional solutions, managing user requests from receipt to production, and supporting clients in migrating to SAP S/4 HANA.
The consultant will also be responsible for incident resolution, processing requests for system evolution, and staying updated on new HR-related ERP SAP developments.
Candidates must hold a university degree or equivalent and have a background in human resources, including payroll, organization management, recruitment, and talent management.
A minimum of six years of proven experience with SAP HCM and its main sub-modules is required.
Candidates should have independently managed small to medium projects and possess cross-functional knowledge of SAP ERP and HRIS functionalities.
Experience with S/4 HANA installations is preferred.
Fluency in French and English at a B2 level is necessary.
