The company is seeking an experienced SAP HR Consultant with knowledge of Slovak labor legislation and expertise in customizing SAP systems.

The role involves maintaining and developing HR systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting HR process improvements.

Key responsibilities include monthly processing and updates of AOP patches for the HR module, customizing payroll slips, summaries, wage types, absences, and contingents, and working with rules and schemes.

The consultant will also handle objects in SPDD and SPAU, use the Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), and customize SAP Fiori for HR applications.

A strong understanding of Slovak legislation is required.

Candidates should have at least three years of experience as an SAP HR Consultant, practical experience managing SPDD/SPAU objects, and experience setting up payroll, including payroll slips and wage types.

A strong knowledge of HR customizing, LSMW, and SAP Fiori HR applications is essential.

Familiarity with the FI-TV module is advantageous.

The ability to work independently is important.

Proficiency in Slovak is required, and English is a plus.

The gross salary starts at 3,300 EUR per month, with the final amount depending on proven experience.
