The consultant will be responsible for customizing and enhancing existing SAP HCM applications to meet client needs.
Key duties include managing a client portfolio, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, and ensuring efficient problem resolution.
The consultant will also conduct client workshops, training sessions, and create training materials and presentations.
Collaboration within the team is essential, with regular discussions on professional topics and ongoing projects.
Candidates should have several years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, especially in Time Management.
Knowledge in Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), or SF TimeTracking is desirable.
Skills in customizing and configuring Time Management (schemas/rules) and ABAP programming experience are advantageous.
The role requires a pragmatic, customer-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a willingness to develop further, particularly in SuccessFactors.
Proficiency in German (at least C1 level) is necessary.
