The company is seeking a Cloud Architect & Advisor for RISE with SAP in the MEE region.
The role involves managing the technical foundation of RISE with SAP engagements, including the initial sales cycle, change requests, and renewal events for S/4HANA private cloud architecture changes.
The candidate will advise customers and internal teams on SAP’s private cloud offerings, assess technical feasibility, and design technical landscapes.
These designs are then handed over to delivery teams for system provisioning.
Candidates should have a customer-facing mindset and high proficiency in communication and presentation.
A minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience is required.
Expertise in the technical operational aspects of SAP solutions in a cloud environment is essential.
A good understanding of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery is beneficial.
Knowledge of the entire platform stack and SAP technologies is necessary.
Skills in SAP HANA and S/4 HANA, as well as cybersecurity and compliance expertise, are advantageous.
The candidate should be self-sufficient, a strong team player, and willing to learn continuously.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
The Cloud Architecture & Advisory team is part of the Enterprise Cloud Services organization, focusing on the S/4HANA Private Cloud portfolio.
The team ensures technical feasibility during the presales phase and acts as a trusted advisor post-signature to drive customer adoption of SAP’s cloud offerings.
