The company is seeking a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Lead specializing in the Recruitment (RCM) Module.
This role is part of the Package and Technology Enablement team, focusing on Package Solution Maintenance Services.
The position is available in eight locations.
The successful candidate will work with Deloitte’s Human Capital team to enhance HR functions using AI and emerging technologies.
Key responsibilities include leveraging expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management/Recruiting Marketing to support complex client projects in the post-implementation stage.
The role involves collaborating with a large team to ensure project success and utilizing Microsoft Office products like PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
A certification in SuccessFactors Recruitment Management is required, along with over four years of professional experience.
At least one year of experience in configuring, implementing, or providing post-implementation support for SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Recruitment Management is necessary.
The position operates under a hybrid work model, requiring residence near a US Delivery Center or Geo-Hub location.
Up to 30% of working time may be spent co-located at an assigned office.
The role requires a maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes.
If relocation is needed, it must be completed within 12 weeks from the start date.
Preferred qualifications include experience with full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Recruitment Management, strong functional system knowledge, team leadership experience, and superior communication skills.
