The company is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.
The role involves analyzing customer processes and developing innovative solutions in SAP projects.
The consultant will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and clients.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and enhancing SAP Customer Engagement solutions using SAP S/4HANA, both OnPremise and Cloud.
The role requires technical and functional consulting with a focus on SAP CRM processes, integrating existing SAP CRM solutions into new architectures, and optimizing end-to-end sales and service processes.
The consultant will also customize, develop, and integrate interfaces to meet technical requirements and support the development of internal solutions and methods.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
Experience in SAP consulting, particularly in SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement, is required.
Knowledge of SAP customizing and technical skills in ABAP, OData, or web services is essential.
Experience with SAP CRM migrations to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement is preferred.
