The company is seeking a Team Leader for SAP CO (Controlling) to oversee activities related to the SAP CO module for SAP CC projects.
The ideal candidate should possess both technical expertise and managerial soft skills, serving as a key point of contact for the team and internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include supervising SAP CO activities, coordinating functional and technical teams, and managing project planning, deliverables, timelines, costs, and quality.
Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of SAP CO, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Activity-Based Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
Familiarity with integration with other modules such as FI, MM, PP, and SD is required, along with the ability to manage inter-module flows.
A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in SAP projects, including roll-outs, upgrades, migrations, and greenfield projects, is essential.
Experience with RiSE and GROW projects on S/4HANA is preferred.
The candidate should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, delegate, and guide teams.
Proficiency in English at a B2 level is necessary.
